How sourcing works

From farm to your warehouse — in 4 steps

01📞

Share your requirement

Drop your number or call us. Tell us the volume, grade, and delivery location. We respond the same day with today's pricing.

02📋

We confirm grades & price

Our team shares a quote covering grade, price per kg, available quantity, and dispatch window. No hidden costs.

03📦

Order confirmed

Once you confirm, we block the quantity from our farm network. A formal purchase order or proforma invoice is issued.

04🚛

Produce is harvested, graded, packed, and dispatched. You receive dispatch details with vehicle number and estimated arrival.

Quality standards

What we check before every dispatch

⚖️

Weight grading

Every fruit is individually weighed. Grade A, B, and C are segregated at the farm before packing.

🍬

Brix (sugar) testing

Refractometer checks confirm minimum Brix levels per grade, ensuring sweetness standards are met at dispatch.

🔍

Visual inspection

Each carton is inspected for surface damage, disease spots, and shape uniformity before packing.

📦

Corrugated carton packing

Fruit is packed in ventilated corrugated cartons (5–8 kg net) with cushioning to minimise transit damage.

🌡️

Pre-cooling (Grade A)

Export-grade fruit is pre-cooled to 10–12°C before dispatch to extend shelf life during transit.

📄

Documentation

Dispatch includes delivery challan, weight slip, grade certificate, and — for exports — phytosanitary certificate support.
